Gary TOTALLY knows what he's doing. He's been a PA in dermatology for many years and is much easier to get in to see than the physician. Takes time to explain things clearly and confidently. However, difficult to get through on phone as you mostly get the machine and it may take a while to get a return call - probably because staff is underpaid and under-appreciated by the corporation. Once you do get through, Gary can see you in 1-2 days if emergency. It's just hard to get hold of them.
