***PLEASE READ***
Extremely Disappointed with Gehan Morel ACNP... poor patient care management and not trustworthy in doing what she says. I paid $149 for an online visit, was early for our appt, even had to reschedule a family gathering to accommodate her schedule.. & AFTER waiting on a hold screen for 30 MINUTES, she messaged “sorry I'm running behind and your appt is now cancelled...” Totally baffled at the unprofessionalism, I messaged back I would wait understanding I’m next in line… they proceeded to say no and dropped the appt…? I totally get emergencies happen, but how about having some notice or simply seeing me after said delay… or at least finding another Dr or ACNP to cover your poor planning…? Sorry.. that's not building rapport and trust, and on top of that to still charge me $149 and not even offer a free credit...? I hope you are never in a situation where you are relying on a doctor and trusting they can help only for them to completely bail on you… felt lik
