Genevieve Salvato left me a 3 star review on Care.com for deciding not to clean her house after she sent me a list of 19 additional requests for the first initial cleaning. I told her that she was rude and pushy and she told me that she's not rude, she's just 'direct.' Going after people who decide they are not a good fit is bullying. I have the right to change my mind. I am a self-employed cleaner and I can decide whether someone is a good fit for me, or not. I don't clean for rude people. I gave her a FREE estimate on 2.03.25, which helps both parties assess whether or not it's going to be a good fit. If her approach is to retaliate and attack my business when she doesn't get what she wants, I can't imagine how unprofessional she must be in her line of work. I was not able to respond to her review on Care.com, as Care.com's platform doesn't allow for that. Had she not left me a poor review, I wouldn't have bothered to do this. Therefore, I am sharing my experience on here so that others can hopeful dodge that bullet. Thanks.

What stood out was her compassion. knowledge, listening skills and much much more. She explained everything and most important she gave me the tools to apply to my daily life! I recommend her highly!

She offers a very relaxing space. She was validating and listens well! Helped me connect so much of what happened to me to the past! I do recommend her! Easy scheduling! I was surprised when she answered the phone instead of an office gal! She also returns calls within the time frame she mentions! I’m so relieved she just moved a few block away!

This is not correct information for this therapist. I spent hours trying to locate her and finally found her. She has never been in this office. I wish sharecare would get it right! She is in Windsor Heights. She is the best therapist I’ve ever been to. Don’t know how someone gave her a 1 star. She is compassionate and knowledgeable! I wish I had known her years ago and so Blessed to have her as a therapist now! SHARECARE UPDATE YOYR INFO! AT LEAST GET IT RIGHT. FYI: use PSYCHOLOGY TODAY THERAPIST FIND. IT IS A reputable source!
