Dirty office with furniture that needs to be thrown out. Ceilings in office are water damaged as are the carpets. Missing doors from the sink area and their are curtains hung over each door in a weird way. Unprofessional office where the doctor uses profanity. Seriously, over 8 times. Couldn’t believe my insurance recommend this guy. I will be filing a grievance shortly
