Staff Turns Walk-in Away
Dr. Schindler is a very friendly optometrist and has always been great at taking care of patients, but here recently things with his staff have began to ruin is reputation... speaking specifically about the lady who runs the front desk. The clinic says on their door they accept walk-ins and I have gone in several times on Saturdays to be turned away by this lady. I have both times, walked in and asked to be seen and she has both times said, "Well... I don't have anything for today." I told her, "Right... but I'm a walk-in so I don't need an appointment do I? Or am I misunderstanding what walk-in means." And she stupidly said, the most recent time I visited, "Well we have to plan ahead for things like lunches." Let me just say, there was NO ONE in their office.... both times I went. It actually probably took her longer to turn me away than it would if she'd just had me go back for the exam. So, all this to say, Dr. Schindler is nice and all, but that stupid woman at the front desk is ru
