I have been going to this office for well over 10 years with no issues until this one. My wait time was well over an hour, and after an urgent issue, I could not get back into seeing the group for another 2 weeks. I ended up having no choice but to switch offices because I was in too much pain to wait any longer even after having a specialty test done. Additionally, the procedure scheduler was rude, uncaring, and disconnected me. When I called back and spoke with the nurse, she was just as rude.

  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Appointment was rushed
