Telehealth
We have seen Ms. Dixon for our sons Mental Health Medications adjustments and refills. She has failed to send in the refills as she promised to do. We also payed Ms. Dixon for her services. After, numerous phone calls to her voicemail, no responses. This is very reckless of a Mental Health Professional.Now after Ms.Dixon asked that we write a review for her services, here it is.

Horrible experience. The psychiatrist told me to take deep breaths or go for a run when I have a panic attack. And she literally said “not everyone can stop what they are doing and take a pill when they are experiencing a panic attack.” Accused me of doctor shopping because my psychiatrist retired and I’ve been trying to find one that would listen (like my retired doc)…would definitely not recommend to anyone.
