She and her colleagues are competent physical therapists hindered by Island Musculoskeletal from performing their jobs. Their employer sees their time is consumed with writing assessments for billing purposes; Rather than letting them work with patients and their recovery. Whatever state agency is in charge of oversight should investigate this.
