Dr. Geri Rosendahl, AUD

There are a lot of things I could say about her, but I will keep it short and simple: Do not go see this audiologist. She doesn't keep up to date with the latest developments in her field and is extremely rude. I have seen her once, and I've had a family member who has seen her as well. Both experiences were very unpleasant and dehumanizing. The office she works at is just as bad. We have filed complaint after complaint, and a year later, we have heard nothing back. Some people have no business being around patients. If you want a great audiologist who is at the top of their field, go see Sara Nagel.

Dr. Rosendahl was so patient and attentive to my questions. She carefully explained how we hear, how we use languare in our culture. It was a facinating visit.

I am twenty-five, and have needed hearing aids since I was six. This women is the rudest, most unprofessional audiologist I have ever met. On top of that, she is incompetent and has no clue what she is doing. She told me that the strength of my hearing aids needed to be reduced, and then I couldn't hear out of them. When I told her, she said they were fine. I have seen her three times and will NEVER go back.
