Talked about everything else
Mr. Hess talked about everything other than what I came there for. He talked about other patients and himself for most of the visit and spent less than two minutes on my medication review. Was very unprofessional and couldn’t stay on topic. I could barely butt in to ask questions and made me very uncomfortable with his opinions about his other patients and their life choices. I would not recommend, unless you want a friend to gossip with.
