Gerren Wilson

The worst psych provider I’ve ever had. He does not accept insurance and charges an exorbitant amount per visit and requires you see him more than once a month to get your medications. I needed a medication switched just two weeks after seeing him and he said I needed to pay him in order to have that new prescription called in. I pay over a hundred dollars to talk to himand he doesn’t talk to me for more than 10 minutes. He complained when I asked him to fill out his portion of an application that would help me get a discount on medications and told me to find a new provider when I needed help.

He is argumentative and presumptuous. He's clearly overworked, as he was usually late and always immediately started conversations super defensive. As someone who needs help managing anxiety, ADHD, etc, he certainly did not help. I'm sure he's exhausted and frustrated by many patients that just want a magic pill to fix everything, but he skips getting to know you (ie asking what you already do to manage your symptoms), and assumes that you just want a prescription. You definitely get the feel for the "industry" that the healthcare system has become after interacting with a provider like Gerren Wilson. He has some level of compassion, but overall disrespectful and uneffective. At best, he was marginally helpful simply because he prescribed me medicine and was flexible in adjusting the prescriptions.

Dr. Wilson has been my healthcare provider for almost a year now. Appointments with him are short, but they are enough. He listens well and is thoughtful. He answers questions that I have and helps me manage my condition. Would recommend

Instantly returns calls, provided telehealth, and next day appointment. 10/10. Listened to the what treatment worked for me and worked with me to keep me on what was working for me. Instantly called my medications in and sent me discount coupons for them. Other psychiatrist told me 1-6 months before they could even talk to me. Thankfully, Mr.Wilson called me him self after I called his office, within an hour, same day returned my call and fit me in via telehealth the next day for an appointment. I cannot say how thankful I am for Mr.Wilson!

When I started seeing Dr.Wilson everything was new to me. I knew I needed help but I didn’t know where/ what was wrong, why I was feeling the way I did/do. I’ve been seeing him for at least 2-3 years now and I won’t go to anyone else. I don’t trust anyone else. This is a doctor I can be completely open and honest with and never feel judged. He challenges me too, to be better. He puts things in perspective for me and he knows exactly what I need when he tells me things. We all learn things differently and he has learned how to approach anything new to me. He pressures me to take better care of not only my mental health but my physical health. I’m still working on that but the fact that he cares enough to be on top of it with me and for me, says a lot. It will be hard to find other doctors for my physical health that I will be able to click with like I do Dr.Wilson. If you truly want to better yourself, figure yourself out, not feel judged, he’s the man.

negative stars. this guy clearly does not like his job. i saw him 9 months and he was arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and never answered any questions i had no matter how important. though he was great at blowing me off and redirecting conversations and confusing me. out of over a dozen professionals i have seen this guy is the worst by far. do not go to him if you have any real mental issues or are on disability. he's built for normal people who are having marriage problems. he also does not have where he really works on here, probably because he doesn't want to be found so people can't complain. the other people in his office are just fine if not great.

I am very happy with the treatment I receive from Dr. Wilson. Ive been seeing him for over a year. He takes his time if I'm having problems and explains why I'm feeling the way I am. He is very careful to get the meds working for me.

Don't waste your time with this guy. He is short and disinterested in what you have to say. He is late for appointments and appointments are only 5 minutes max. He will had you the next appointment slip while you are still explaining something to him that he asked a question about! Maybe he treats patients who aren't on Medicaid better but I have no idea why this guy is in this profession.

I LOVE Dr. Wilson. I have been seeing him for over a year, & he's helped me tremendously with my ADD & Depression. He always gives me the best advice & has my best interest. If you need a great Dr, don't look any further, give him a try. You won't regret!

Great doctor!!! He is very caring and actually listens!!!

He will charge you $200 for a 15 minute appointment where you basically just tell him what meds you are on. Then if you cant afford the appoint, he will withhold your meds from you.

Horrible personal skills

He sucks. Doesn’t care to help with anything.
