I was sent to "Dr." Machacek for an IME for my car accident. First, he didn't have my medical records and had no idea what was going on. He didn't review that I had an MRI 4 years prior without herniated disks. My new MRI after the accident showed 2 new herniated disks. He said I no longer needed treatment without even viewing my medical records. He should not have a medical license. I plan to report him to the board of medicine. This man does not know basic human anatomy and kinesiology. He had me get up onto this high exam table and had me lay back while testing the reflexes in my knees. I told him that position hurt my back. This is NOT how you check those reflexes. When I left, my low back was in excruciating pain. I had pain shooting down my legs and had to pull over on my drive because the pain was so severe. I was worse off after seeing this horrible "doctor" that my car insurnace forced me to see. Avoid him at all cost!

I went for an IME and he spent less than 10 minutes with me , never looked at XRays or let me finish my intake forms and then proceeded to report that I don't need the Chiropractic care that I have been receiving form30myears after a car accident that broke almost every bone in my body!
