My husband finally took initiative to seek out help at a Kaiser urgent care for his severe back pain/injury. He is one to push through a lot of pain and illnesses and has to be forced to get help or advice from medical experts. Glen Moore spent very little time with him and asked if he wanted opiods to help mask the pain. He recommended some stretches on the discharge paperwork and said something about taking more X-rays but since they were done over a year ago, they are probably not necesary. Since this is a work related injury after having constant back pain and arthritis, I would have hoped Glen would refer to a specialist or pushed for X-rays, AND spent more than a couple minutes with him. So disapointed. We are now looking into massage therapists, cupping, acupuncture, chiropractor, etc. Hopefully my husband will be on board to do all this since his brief experience at the Kaiser Urgent Care with Glen Moore was not pleasent.

Excellent. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, explains things well with great sensitivity to the patient's level of understanding. I assumed he was an MD -- which betrays my lack of understanding of PA's. I would love to see him again.

I was sad when the doc left Partnets in Health, but honestly, he's the best doctor I have ever had and has the personality to match. If anyone knows of him, I wish they would post it.

Glen always goes above and beyond when I go in. He explains everything in detail and even will show me the medical articles that explain it more if I ask. I'm very happy with him.
