I went to receive help with a back problem caused by an injury. Glenda discussed all the symptoms and presented several courses of action. Never did I feel rushed. I appreciated her taking time with me.

Glenda shows the highest professionalism and excellent bedside manner when she is with her patients. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Most importantly, she listens. The best compliment I can pay her is that she is a "nurses nurse" and we are a picky bunch.

I'm an older male who just experienced a urinary tract infection with some bizarre symptoms and complications - quite puzzling and debilitating. Glenda and her staff were exceptional and professional in sorting everything out, explaining what was going on with my body, and getting me on antibiotics quickly. She has also been very helpful with referrals when more specialized evaluations and treatments are needed. I highly recommend Glenda Ball.

I love Blacksburg Family Practice. I have been seeing Glenda Ball for 12 Years and-will never change services until Glenda retires. She listens to my explanations and knows that I try to be on top of my own care. She encourages this practice which comforts me. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I cannot day enough good things about Glenda Ball. She had been my Nurse Practitioner for a number of years. She has always been kind, and a good listener about my problems. She is thorough and knows in which direction to go concerning medication or whether I need to see a specialist! I would recommend her to my family friends or anyone who needs a nurse practitioner!

I had an extremely dizzy spell the previous day and was very impressed with the examination and follow-up appointments with other specialists to determine the cause. Visits to the specialists did determine the cause and I am now better.
