Groom is an excellent PA. Great bedside manner. Easy to talk to, and seems like he genuinely cares. So sad he is no longer at my Primary Doctors office. I’ve had a back problem for 24 years and Groom was the first to think of sending me for a MRI. Actually got a real and accurate diagnosis. Had surgery and felt like a teenager. Pain free for 2 whole months, amazing time, until I injured it again. My fault
