I have a been a patient of Gloria's for almost nine years. My dissatisfaction with her came to a head in Feb 2016 when a scheduling mistake caused me to lose my patience. While I fully accept that I acted inappropriately, Gloria also became defensive & unprofessional. Her internal exam of me was rough & rushed, when she removed the birth control implant, I bled all over the table, & she left me in the room with the door wide open while I was barely covered to get more steri strips. Not good.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would! I was charged over $800 for a birth control I never received! She never let me know anything about the kind of medicine that was involved after I told her numerous times of my recent problems I had with other methods. After having to do my own research, I told her I was not comfortable receiving it, i was berated and mistreated. This woman shouldn't work with people, I will NEVER go back!!!!
