As a 38 year old patient, most people would disregard any heart conditions per my age. This was not the case, at my initial consultation, every word I said was properly documented. I was provided informative information followed by a quick plan of action. Being that I have a family history of cardiovascular disease, my concerns were valid enough for my concerns to be thoroughly heard. I, and my entire family, have received nothing less than the best bed side manner. This faculty and staff were tentative and extraordinarily prepared to proceed forth with direct action. I am amazed by the care they provide as a team and I am happy that they serve my whole family! ??

I am a new patient at South Texas Cardiovascular Consultants. After having a couple of separate procedures performed by Dr. Jose Gonzales and Dr. Javier Gonzales, both outstanding Cardiologist, I went to a follow up appointment where I was attended to by Glenda Balderas, ACNS BC. I found Glenda to be a wonderful listener and very adept at clearly communicating the next steps to be taken regarding my treatment. Overall, my experience was very positive and I appreciate the professionalism and quality of care that I received.

Grace is a people person if there ever was one. She listens, ask questions based on her listening, and exudes a friendly demeanor that makes anybody feel comfortable.

Ms. Balderas took command of an emergency I was having when my cardiologist was in surgery, and her attention and expert assistance could not have been more appropriate and helpful. Since my visit to the office, she has kept touch with me and communicated with other doctors on duty to make sure my problem is kept in check. She could not have been more professional while simultaneously giving comfort and reassurance as an individual. Ms. Balderas is a credit to her profession.

Was given an appt on the day I called and was seen by Mrs Balderas immediately. She listened to my concerns, did a short exam, ordered several tests and made some suggestions to follow. Never felt hurried or rushed during my visit. I would highly recommend her.
