the experience with Dr. Robinson was a negative one. i more than likely would not recommend him to anyone i know. scheduling an appointment isn’t a problem, but the wait before the appointment was long as the wait in the exam room was also even though i arrived five minutes before my appointment. the office was clean, but the stuff didn’t appear that they liked their jobs as they were not as friendly, but seem to say the normal without any warmth. trust, hmm if the dr can’t treat you as a human being than why trust him. he explained things in such a rushed way and it made me feel uncomfortable as if i’m a burden. listener, no i felt more like i was talked at. he seems rushed. this practice is going to be not as good as it had been when dr o’brien was part of it. he knew how to include warmth and care which dr robinson seems to lack. even my daughter wasn’t impressed with dr. robinson. i’ve began looking for a new optometrist. ??
