I've had nothing but great experiences here. I truly believe they've got our best interests in mind with all that they do. What I don't understand is folks not taking the time to talk to this awesome team when issues arise. I've had a couple of payment mishaps but as soon as I brought it to their attention, it was fixed. A grown man who makes a sizable payment in cash and doesn't get a receipt is the problem, NOT the office staff. He takes the position that they stole from him, but interestingly takes no issue with his LACK of common sense. Seriously, if you want a chiropractor that strives to meet your expectations, then give him a try. I sincerely believe you won't regret it.

Dr Jones was excellent! He thoroughly reviewed my history and provided immediate and focused care. I trust him and recommend him. Veteran friendly!

I am highly disappointed in the care that I received in this facility. I was in a car accident and was given a routine that I thought was a little excessive. I was a little concerned of his constant asking his front desk staff what an individuals Person Injury amount was. Agencies do not give that out it baffles me that I heard him ask on several occasions. I went for shy of 2 months and he used over 6000.00 of my PIP. I felt that I was being adjusted too much. I am still hurting.
