Great Exam
I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Hutcheson and staff to anyone. From the moment I walked in the door I was kindly greeted by the receptionist; I knew this was a great place. The technicians and doctor made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Dr. Hutcheson explained in great detail my condition and plan for care. I didn't feel rushed out the door and felt that my concerns were heard. We are lucky to have this kind of care in our community.

Horrible experience
Does not listen. Does what he wants. Staff does not inform patients about exam and treatment costs before appointment. Dr. Hutcherson ignored request to keep prescription the same as been using for years. Gave incorrect prescription. Had to go to another doctor for a second exam to get correct prescription. Dr. & Staff ignored my vision insurance, after exam, was informed they do not take my insurance. Billed more than what I pay for vision insurance for 4 years. Perhaps he should try harder to actually listen to perspective new patients? Horrible experience. Do not recommend if you don't want headaches & hassles.
