I've never waited less than 45 minutes past my appointment time, I don't know if that's the norm or not. I've never had a complex appointment - just the general check-up. Dr. Jackson is competent, but will forget that he's asked you a question - he'll cut you off in the middle of your answer to tell you something about your chart, as if he wasn't aware you were speaking. Those don't make love the visit - but, he's also a very competent doctor, I haven't had any complaints with the medical treatment.

Dr. Jackson is the “Man”. Professional demeanor and knowledge is ahead of his peers. He takes the time to explain to laypersons what is going on with your procedure and takes time to answer questions. Every visit is a pleasure and we leave with question and concerns answered!
