It's been years. Incompetent I see others write. Only those who know, KNOW. Child custody. He gives what's Expected of court as custody, 50 50 in NJ. This is not a bitter review from a parent. I am past that time lapse. But my experience was an evaluation which continues on in favor of one parent but the final recommendation is 50 50 based upon the Zodiac astrological signs that the parents shouldn't have married anyway ...well you can't make this up. True Story. Incompetent is being nice, a '-?-' with no regard or moral is getting a little closer. Prayers to the children who endure his wrath with no regard to their innocence as mine have.

THE WORST!!!
How does he still have his license? I wish I would of saw these reviews before I subjected my children to him. Please don’t let your children alone with him.

Dr Joseph just out for your money
Not a personable guy in the least. Terrible with children. Supposed to be an expert witness but all he does is write a professional appearing report full of inaccuracies just to grab his fee. His questioning borders on prying into unrelated perversions of interest to only himself. This guy is bad news.

It a shame, he doesn't care about the kids, he just wants to be quick, and get paid. I doubt his mother is proud of him. He should be ashamed of himself.

Absolutely terrible with children. He is unprofessional and uncompassionate with children. It was a really unpleasant experience for son. Skip over this guy and find someone who is more engaged for your child.

Not helpful or insightful. Does not allow for full answers. Wants quick answers and seems in a hurry to get you out of office. Changes appointment times frequently. Does not offer any informative views or any education on issues. At times condescending. No sense of compassion or empathy. Seems ambivalent towards his vocation. Has a very flat affect. Would not recommend for anyone seeking true help.
