As a former satisfied patient I was seeking Dr Lackey's care again. Because of having a new insurance provider, I called his office to see if they were in-network or out-of-network. Each time I spoke with someone in the office who said they would check on it and get back with me. I called 4X over a month and no one ever called back as they said they would. Dr Lackey may be unaware that his staff does not follow through. I will choose to see someone who's team is more interested in seeing me.
