She refuses to refill important prescriptions in a timely manner and makes you jump through hoops knowing you are having a long break in medications with side effects. Her office said they understand if I have to stop the medication cold turkey in the mean time. This is a dangerous thing to say to a patient on a medication that should not be stopped without the guidance of a doctor. I am now having side effects and not receiving any help. I have been on these medications for 10 years and never had an issue receiving my prescription. I would go to a different doctor if you can.

This doctor was rude condescending unresponsive and is someone that should not be a physician people if you can see anyone else go somewhere else

I was dumbfounded at how condescending this doctor was towards me. this was my very first appointment with her. I would not recommend seeing this doctor.

This woman IGNORED my requests for a referral for a different neurologist at UCDAVIS hospital in Sacramento. Instead she decided to refer me to a small local clinic-one incapable of treating my medical problem. This action will only add to my suffering and cause me additional stress and anxiety. The irony is she PRETENDED to be sympathetic to my condition at the time of the appointment!!! I am astonished and LIVID over this. I'm actually in a form of shock over this tremendous slap in the face and her being condescending towards me.

I had blood and urine tests over 6 weeks ago and have never received the results. When I called the main number I was told I had to physically come to the facility in San Andreas. Is this typical care? Does the doctor typically follow up or does the patient at least get results in the mail or email? This is my first experience with this system and it has been disappointing to say the least.

My experience with this provider has been disappointing and frustrating. There was a lack of follow-up from the doctor and staff in regards to my care. With lingering unanswered questions and being left in confusion of what the provider was actually doing to help with my situation. I don't feel I was made to feel like a priority and that my care was very important.
