Gwendell Kelley, APRN

Gwen is compassionate and caring. She takes her time with me and doesn’t make me feel rushed. She listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly. She is more than a nurse practitioner, she is an angel.

Gwen is truly astounding when it comes to her level of care. She genuinely has a heart for her patients, and makes them her #1 priority. We need more healthcare providers like her. She is not in it for money, she is in it for the people, and THAT is something that truly matters.

Mrs Kelley is very responsive and answers or returns calls in a timely manner. She takes time to get to know her patients and genuinely cares about all of her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a health care provider for themselves or a family member

I have always had wonderful service and communication from Gern Kelley. Her dedication to her patients makes her stand out. She makes sure the patient and family are on the same team when it comes to caring for her patients. She comes in with a smile and leaves with a smile! She is one of the few that will give her personal number and say call me anytime no matter what! Gwen is by far one of the best Nurse Practitioners that i know. I would definitely recommend her!

I have always had wonderful service and communication from Ms. Kelley. Her dedication to her patients makes her stand out. She leaves no stone unturned when trying to figure out an issue and genuinely cares about what her patients are going through. She’s only ever been caring and thorough in my experience. Like any other provider, her office has to be contacted during business hours and I know other families have taken issue with that. She is by far the best NP I’ve ever interacted with. Would definitely recommend!

My mother is a patient at Clemson Downs and we are so happy Gwen is taking care of her. Gwen spends a lot of time with us and we never feel rushed when talking care of mom. We have spoken with Gwen well after 10pm when we had questions and she responded quickly and was patient with us. Clemson Downs has had chaos with staffing issues and Gwen helped us get through it all.

Mrs. Kelley does NOT communicate effectively and rarely returns calls. This is not merley a complaint from me as other famly members and staff at Clemson Downs talk about her lack of seriousness and follow through. This has not always been the case as she has changed drastically and morphed into this. She is in the wrong line of work and has become like so many other doctors and NPs that no longer care.
