if I could give negative stars I would rate her -10. She gives you a genetic test that you receive a copy of and when you ask for a medication that the results state work best for you she writes false chart notes saying things like "how did they know to try this specific medicine" stating drug seeking behavior because you ask for something that HER RESULTS SAY WORK BEST FOR YOU. Actively lies in your chart. Calls her patients "dramatic" when pain swelling and discoloration is present. HORRIBLE!

Gwendolyn Lucas, nurse practioner, is one of the best I have had the good fortune of being treated by. She was very concerned about my problems and excellent at treating my pain issues. Anyone with pain issues would be very fortunate to be treated by her!

nurse Gabby strung me along over three months. She was very hostile and plain unkind. She yelled at my husband for asking a question. I'm new to the area and I was crushed by her attitude of plain disliking me and how she tried to speak to my primary care doctor to say I was a terrible person. I was just utterly confused, she berated me about my weight saying it is the law you lose weight to get pain management medication. She didn't have a scale to weigh me. Worst medical provider, does harm.

She is very rude and takes her rotten day out on her patience. She just yelled at me the whole time on my very first visit. She made me feel like crap for asking questions.

My entire family is outraged at this HORRIBLE experience! We will NEVER EVER return to this clinic. Gwendolyn (Gabby) Lucas has the nastiest manners I have ever encountered in my life. I brought my sweet little 92-year-old grandmother in for an appointment and we were treated with unprovoked hostility and curtness. She stomped around, snapped at her staff (who were nice), and spoke to us in an ultra aggressive way. She was not helpful at all, and clearly did not care about Gramma's needs. So mad
