Does not listen
Came in for an ER follow up and she didn’t give me the space to describe what was happening from start to finish. She interrupted me throughout the entire consult and was very combative with me when I asked questions. I kept trying to redirect her to the ER paperwork and why I was there but she insisted on repeatedly psychologically intimidating and berating me for being hesitant to do very risky and expensive treatments for a condition that isn’t relevant to my complaints and that I’m not even sure that I have. I was not comfortable with her dismissiveness and will be seeing someone else after this experience. When I showed her the ER paperwork to validate my concerns, her response was that she “wasn’t sure why the ER doctor would have written that”. I couldn’t have a reasonable or safe conversation with her. I will not be going back.

Gwen is awesome! She is so personable and keeps you well informed while adding the nurse touch of compassion. This whole group is wonderful but Gwen was the BEST addition! Highly recommended.
