I give 3 stars because she is a super sweet doctor but office staff is rude and just bad for lack of better words. Won’t return. New optician has terrible customer service and just doesn’t seem to know how to talk to customers, it’s a shame I really liked coming here.

What can i say to describe my experience?! Profesional, Kind, patient, Right on time and most of all undrestanding of my needs. Dr Karimi is the BEST!!! I will recommend all my friends to go and visit her even for a normal eye checkup . After all we need to take care of our eyes and she explain everything in a very simple term so even i could undrestand :)

2/3/2016?Dallas, TX?Staff is rude and out of touch. Bad experience. Will never use again! Dr was great but the staff made the experience so painful that I would not recommend.

Dr. Karimi provided excellent service during my visit. She explained in detail the exam along with all aspects of my obtaining new contact lenses and reading glasses.
The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I HIGHLY recommend them!
