Please do not take your child for ABA therapy with this BCBA. Staff is a constant revolving door at her establishment. RBTs are barely provided any support and are not provided quality training. She is lacking in ethics as well as the upper management skills. Staff is also provided a toxic work environment and upper management does not value communication. This is a tense environment for workers whom are paid poorly, not valued, and retaliated against for advocating for their safety and their client’s safety. This is also tense environment for clients whom attend, for they are not provided with functional assessments for their behavior. Overall, the ABA therapy quality is poor. Staff is also retaliated against for voicing concerns and treated horribly. Clients would likely be provided a lot more support in an environment elsewhere where ABA programs are valued and BCBAs have more experience and knowledge.
