She sees me
NP Pickett was the first PCM that spent time with me to find out who I am and what my concerns were. I was more than my lab numbers, I was a whole a$$ person to her. She help me navigate my menopause symptoms and assured me I wasn't going crazy. Her bedside manner was a breath of fresh air. I will miss her. She's no longer in my military medical system. Tricare rarely keeps the best ones.
