Patients do not come first
I drove 1 hour to my appointment with her, but due to an accident along my route, I ended up being 4 minutes late she had already left, and when the receptionist called her she refused to return and made me reschedule. I'll be changing cardiologists after this experience even though I like the doctor in the office very much.
