Ms. Hoang seems like a really nice person, but she makes poor and expensive decisions for patients. Every time I've seen her she has recommended expensive lab tests and/or unnecessary imaging. She is slow to provide referrals to specialists, and doesn't always refill medications on time. She has cost me a great deal of time, money, and suffering.
