Condescending and somewhat rude.
The first visit was to adjust a set of hearing aids and the conversation left the impression that the doctor considered me an idiot. It was frustrating and difficult to remain calm with the lack of respect that I felt. The second visit was frustrating in another way. I arrived a few minutes late having taken time off work to make the two hour round trip because she did not have time to complete the appointment. If you end up in any unexpected delays, similar to the 3 road closure I dealt with, just call and reschedule because they will refuse to see you anyway.
