Hannah was thorough and took the time to discuss several issues. However, after receiving the bill, I was aware of additional charges that were not discussed and for things that I have never been charged for at similar appointments. Also, she miscoded for an annual appointment, which should have been fully covered by my insurance, and I was charged. The office was unhelpful in resolving this issue.
