Hansel is pretty black and white. He tells you what he thinks based on his experience, not always necessarily what you want to hear. I have found him to be a rock for myself . There is no-one else I would rather talk to.. no sugar coating with him. If you ask him his opinion, he will tell you and If your asking, you should be prepared for him to shoot straight. He is a 5 star expience for me and he is not the first I have talked to but is by far the best. Ruth J.
