Rude and know it all attitude
Walked in didn’t even bother introduced herself, instead berated us for coming to the ER for what she deemed not emergency.

She does not listen to patients nor does she even care!! Absolutely horrible! my whole house has the flu and she refused to run a flu test or a coronavirus test on me ! I told her I was prone to kidney infections and I felt like I was having one because it has been burning for three days And she just completely overlooked it. I do not feel that I was treated fairly she spent less than one minute with me and within the first two seconds gave such a negative vibe you could tell she did not want to be in that room

She was rude, not helpful and I wasn't sure she knew what was going on. She threw the results at me without introducing herself nor explaining results.
