Excellent Audiologist! The only one who actually knew what she was doing, explained my tests and treatment to me and helped my tinnitus. She is a lifesaver!

The best! For that person who gave her a negative review, we must not be seeing the same doctor. Dr. Jacobster is the most compassionate and kind audiologist/person I have ever met. She goes out of her way to help me and has never been rude or condescending.

This woman is a quack! My Father, age 90, had been seeing Harriet for 2 years. During that time, she was rude, condescending, disrespectful and downright weird. She would answer my father's questions and concerns as if she were talking to a stupid child. She would not allow my parents in until the exact minute of the appointments, on occasion, leaving them to sit in their car in often very hot or very cold weather. What kind of person does that, especially to elderly patients?
