Knowledgeable, but presents information in an easy-to-digest way. He has a great personality and speaks with authority. I don't feel he is grasping at straws or using a best-educated guess. He doesn't just come in and say, 'this is what you will do,' and leave. He explains what is happening and what the next steps will be. He is open to questions and genuinely tries to teach, rather than just getting paid and going home.
