Hello, I had an appointment with Dr. Heather Chatriand. I am a 25 year old woman who’s having terrible back pain due to having five kids and having a fall a while ago. On our phone call appointment the doctor told me that I was too young to be having back pain. She recommended physical therapy, I told her it hurts to do any strenuous moving let alone stretching so I am not ready to do physical therapy until I can manage my pain well. She had no regards for my pain. I told her that my medication is not working and she laughed at me then offered a refill on the medicine that is not working.I screen recorded the entire video. I need to speak to someone in charge.
