If you're reading this, you're looking for an audiologist. Stop reading, look no further, book an appt. with Heather Cones. If you're still reading, I can tell you she's very professional, attentive, and thorough. Heather cleaned my 13 year old aids, swapped out some worn pieces, and replaced cups. She was even able to call up a 13 year old test I had (somewhere!). She then tested my aids, gave me the hearing test, and reprogrammed my aids. Wow, what a difference! We're visiting from back east and the charge there would have been three times Dr. Cones'. She is now my go-to audiologist.
