IM 69 YEARS OLD I HAD BREATHING PROBLEMS COUGH I WAX GIVEN CHEST XRAYS AND I WAS TOLD I HAD PENMONIA ( SPELLING) AND BLOOD WORKTHEY NEVER HAD TO SIGN THE ISCHARGE PAPERS OR THEY DID NOT FILL IN THERE PARTS I WAS TOLD THAT THE DOCTOR CAME IN TO SEE ME THATS A LIEMISS DAVISON SAW ME FOR LESS THEN 5 MIN. AND DID NOT CONSULT ME FOR THE DISCHARGE PAPER WORK I DID NOT KNOW THIS OR I WAS NOT ASKED TO SIGN ANY THING IT WAS ONLY THE NURSE WHO SEEM TO RUN WHOLE THING THE 2 SCRIPS Rx SHE WROTE AND SIGNED WAS JUST BUNCH LINES GROVES CHICKEN SRATCH THEY SAID THE FAXED MY PHARMCY AND I FOUND OUT THEY DIDNT LUCKLY I GOT THE Rx paper i happen to ask for She did just about nothing or go to talk to me or say anything just il see the xrays and blood workshe did nothing else or come back to me while i was there to tell me anything about the results. or follow up. just the so called nurse nothing else from her and 2 Rx
