Dr. Lemajeur and Mercy Health staff does not respect their clientele. I have waited endlessly to be seen and have never complained. Today, we were 10 minutes late for an appointment. Even spoke to staff on the phone about being late. As soon as we walked in we were told the appointment had to be canceled. When I complained to staff regarding the situation, staff stated that the Doctor’s next patient was not until 9:30 a.m. and she just did not have time. Because we were 10 minutes late !!!! This is not my first rodeo, I know the routine. Many other audiologists out there that will be more than happy to take your money!!! As usually not covered by insurance. Very disappointed.
