I appreciate Heather's honesty and professionalism. She listens well, and parteners with me as we make decisions together. She Is understanding, and accurately documents my visits. Her team is responsive to my needs in person and via MyChart. I'm very happy I found Heather. She has provided me safety, security, consistency, and advocacy on this extremely difficult health journey.
