I've seen my share of mental health professionals in both cities big and small around the state and she is simply top notch. I appreciate her conversational style and approachable nature which made it very easy to establish good rapport and for me to be comfortable working through those areas where I felt I needed the most help. I feel like the sessions I have with Dr. O'Connell are a key component to keeping my mental health stable and functioning well.
