Saw Heather at Rhinelander walk-in clinic. She was thorough in the X-rays and tests she ordered and prescribed appropriate medications and referrals. I can't really complain as she did what she needed to until I saw my regular doctor a week later; however, there is an air of indifference about her which is why she seems to dominate the walk-in clinic vs. having a patient load.

Saw Heather several times over the last few years in the Rhinelander walk in clinic. She has taken care of my husband and two children ages 2 and 5 giving excellent care. Explains our diagnoses and educates us about the medications prescribed. One time I came in too early for an antibiotic and she helped me understand that viruses do not treat antibiotics. Last month she helped my son get to the ER with pneumonia and low oxygen problems where he was hospitalized.

I and my family members have had her a few times and would prefer many of the other wonderful staff at Aspirus. She never seems to care about her patients, doesn’t not make polite conversation or answer questions very well.
