We went to Rehil for work-related reasons. Definitely not recommended. She was hostile. She got her results of the questionnaire eval grossy wrong, contradictions, full of mistakes. To fill out the form she had me go back to the lobby & use a tiny TV tray sized table. She disappeared for close to an hour when I was done

My eval was full of errors and contradictions, and someone else's name was in part of it by mistake! She twisted my words during the appointment and the results don't make any clinical sense. She got the childhood/life details I gave her completely wrong in the report she wrote, used a different client's name in part of it, and blatantly left out significant details. The wrong name was the part that worried me most, since that could mean mixing mine and another client's reports... I had to have them toss my report, I'll be going elsewhere out of pocket.

She helped us immensely. I highly recommend her for kids.

I'm not one to complain usually, however, from start to finish this office has provided nothing but further heartache for our family. The front office staff have been condescending and unhelpful. We have full medical coverage and yet, their office denied their ability to submit a claim for us even though we had a referral from our family physician sent to their office well in advance of our appointment. They are a contracted provider for our insurance company. We pay very good money for our insurance, and this is WHY we have it. When we finally got them to submit this claim, they did it in such a way that our insurance company will now not cover it because they did not seek pre-authorization as is protocol. They required us to pay the FULL amount and now will not reimburse us because they made a mistake. This is wrong on every level. I find it ironic that this clinic is meant to be helpful to people in need, and yet, this experience has left us even more devastated.

Both daughters just completed testing that confirmed dyslexia. This was so helpful. I wish I’d come in years ago.

No one ever answers the phone, it tools months to just get scheduled and then they wanted us to sign releases for our Counsleor to get records. They basically used the counselors assessment so this appt was worthless and a waste of insurance. Very, very Rude front desk girl.

Dr. Rehill was very knowledgable about how to help my son. She also helped explain previous test results done by the school psychologist, which were really confusing. She was very friendly and my son enjoyed the testing sessions, which was a big relief because he refused to cooperate with the past evalutors at his school.
