Often asked to buy more products & services. Many changes in what I was told would happen. Arranged poor quality classes that set me up to buy more. Very narrow view of natural birth & what’s allowed; required to read a sick book. Refused to admit until cervical check—even though obviously in transition. Twisted view of informed consent; said I couldn’t think for myself. Threats of transfers. Yelled at me during stitches. Lots done without permission. Scrubbed from post-partum activities
