Although I did ultimately need to see an ortho, Heather was patient with me, explained everything to me, and most importantly believed me when I said there was something wrong with my knee. After several doctor visits where they couldn't figure out what was wrong or didn't believe there was anything wrong, she was able to help identify and referred me to a great ortho. Definitely recommend if you don't want to wait forever to see the dr. She's better than most dr's I've come across
