Heather Vincent, PA-C

My husband and I saw Heather Vincent for 2 plus years. The upfront office staff were always pleasant and helpful, as was the phone staff. The longer we stayed as patients, the more difficult it became to actually get the help you needed. Always overbooked, Heather rushed through our appointments. I have had several surgeries in the last 20 years. Shoulders, hips, open heart and more. I was having lingering pain in my 2nd hip replacement. I asked Heather which of my doctors I should ask to sign a handicap tag application. SHE said it should be her as she was my primary. I filled it out, dropped it off, she lost it, found it, then refused to sign it. Her medical assistant was sent out to tell me that Heather said she never agreed to sign it. This was a blatant lie. Why would she not help me? Even as a temporary tag. The pain was awful and I can't take pain meds as they have the opposite effect on me. All I wanted was a bit of help. I felt very betrayed by someone that should've helped

Very Good vissit. Heather is a wise PA with a broad knowledge of health problems.

We are recently established patients. We contracted Covid and the office was less than helpful. The only way we got responses was to leave emails on the portal. When we were told that Dr Boggs, the lead MD would respond within a 24 hour period, that did not happen. When calling the office you get the privilege of a continual loop for up to 30 minutes. Covid is scary and you except medical guidance from professionals, not Dr Google. When this is over our search for caring PCPS will commence.

Am very happy with her. Easy to talk to and explains any thing I might need answered. Found a spot that she didn’t like and I went and had it looked at which was pre cancerous. Glad she has sharp eyes.

I am new to NMB. Finding doctors is the most stressful thing in the moving process. I made an appointment with Heather and was SO happy. She listened to me. She got me referrals to all the other specialties I needed. I can not say enough about her professional, kind, and knowledge.

Heather was prompt, efficient, and thorough, and arranged follow up care for the issues we discussed. I was never hurried, and she asked about things I hadn't even thought to bring up, but were important. I recommend her and Grand Strand Primary highly.

I visited the surgery of Ms. Vincent on July 1st 2020 for a 9 am appointment. I was safely checked in during the corona virus outbreak at 8.50 am, was immediately taken to an examination room and within 5 mins was examined by Ms. Vincent. I have been a patient with this group for nearly 5 years and Ms. Vincent for over 4years, I cannot rate them highly enough for how they have looked after me during this period. Thank you.
