Dr. Heather West, OD

Dr. West is one the best ophthalmologist, I have ever been too. She is very knowledgeable, goes beyond care to the patient. She is a specialist in. TEDs Eye Disease and many other critical conditions. She is patience and actually listens. She came up with a game plan on my first visit. That never happens. She loves what she does and it shows. She’s one of those special Drs. that give hope to her patients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that has serious eye issues.

My whole family goes to Dr. West. I’ve watched her grow up. What I like is how much time she takes with us and listens. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to explain things.

Condescending and unprofessional (a LOT of giggling). Fostered no confidence in the job she was doing. Office support disinterested at best, condescending at worst (young woman that did my initial fitting a few years back was the exception to this rule). Tried to get an apology for the worst of it (asked for Dr. West to call me or I would find another doctor), instead got a time wasting lecture from the OA. I tried to talk to her but she talked over me. Hung up, only to have her call me back
